While Marketsync Global Ltd is headquartered in Bangladesh, we support customers with EU data subjects. This statement summarizes how we help you meet your GDPR obligations.
Roles
Our customers act as data controllers and instruct us as a processor. Our DPA incorporates Article 28 obligations and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Lawful basis
Controllers must determine the lawful basis for processing — typically consent or legal obligation under AML/KYC rules.
Data subject rights
We provide tooling for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability requests within 30 days. End users should contact the Controller first.
International transfers
Transfers from the EEA to Bangladesh rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) plus supplementary technical measures (encryption, key segregation).
Breach notification
We notify affected Controllers without undue delay and within 72 hours of confirming a personal data breach.
