Proposed billing terms

One decision, one verification

Proposed billing counts a distinct live session once when it reaches a final approve or reject decision, whether made by automated AI checking or a human reviewer. Rejected decisions count; pending, expired and abandoned sessions do not. Sandbox, uploads, polling, failed authentication and retries on the same session are not separate billable events.

Included service

Document and submitted-selfie evidence review, branded applicant pages, consent records, API access and review-queue workflows. No government NID lookup, automated OCR, biometric liveness, face matching or sanctions screening is included unless separately contracted and operational.

Allowances and excess volume

Allowances reset every service month without rollover. Excess decided sessions use your plan’s stated overage rate. Period discounts reduce the committed plan fee only, not overages. Enterprise volume and review capacity require a written quote.

Invoices and taxes

Proposed plan fees are payable in advance; overages are invoiced monthly in arrears. Payment is due within 14 days. BDT prices exclude applicable VAT; tax and withholding treatment must be confirmed on your order and invoice. No setup fee unless separately quoted.

Renewal and cancellation

No automatic renewal unless agreed in writing. Monthly, quarterly and annual commitments end with the paid period; convenience cancellation does not earn a partial-period refund, subject to mandatory law. Unused prepaid fees are refundable if we terminate without your breach or fail to cure a material breach.

Activation and service levels

These are benchmark-informed commercial proposals, not activated subscriptions. A mutually accepted order form and data-processing agreement set final scope, prices and retention. No turnaround, uptime SLA or dedicated support guarantee applies without a signed agreement.
