What you are billed for, what is included, and what happens when you go over.
- API request vs verification
- An API request is any authenticated call to a /v1 endpoint. A verification is a request that returns a verification decision (NID, document, liveness, or AML result). Format checks, sandbox calls, and failed-authentication calls are not billed as verifications.
- What each plan includes
- Startup includes NID Verification and Document OCR. Growth adds Liveness & Face Match and AML Screening. Enterprise is scoped per contract. Consent management and audit trails are included on every plan.
- Overage behaviour
- Included requests do not roll over. Requests beyond the monthly allowance are billed per verification at your plan's overage rate, quoted before activation. Service is not cut off mid-month for exceeding the allowance.
- Setup fees and taxes
- No setup fee on Startup or Growth. Enterprise deployments may carry a one-time integration fee, quoted in writing. All prices are exclusive of Bangladesh VAT and any applicable withholding tax.
- Contract term
- Startup and Growth are monthly, cancellable at the end of any billing period. Enterprise agreements are typically 12 months with volume commitments.
- Sandbox limits
- Sandbox is free and requires no signup for format validation. Keyed sandbox access is rate-limited and returns synthetic data only — no NID lookup occurs and no production data is accessible.
